Vicki, Julia and Nicholas
Vicki Scataglini founded the Canvas Bag Program as a way to raise the level of awareness of an eco-friendly alternative to one time use plastic bags. After learning about the disastrous environmental impact these bags are having on our world, she initiated a grassroots effort to make a difference. Along with her friend, Tiffany Gordon they have started a school fundraiser program where children are the “sales persons”, embracing the importance of reusable canvas shopping bags. They have made contacts with area grocery stores and are hoping to broaden their distribution in the near future.
Vicki is a mother of two lovely children, Julia and Nicholas and wife to Diego, her number one supporter.
